How long does the development process take?

Typically 4-8 weeks from initial briefing to final approval. This includes time for concept development, sample testing in your actual space, and any refinements. Rush options are available for an additional fee.

Do I own the formula?

Yes, your custom fragrance formula is exclusively yours. We sign an NDA and exclusivity agreement ensuring your scent cannot be sold or reproduced for any other business. The formula remains your intellectual property.

Can I use the scent in retail products?

Absolutely! Many of our clients extend their signature scent into candles, room sprays, and other retail products to sell to customers who want to take the experience home. We can help you develop these extensions.

What if I don't like any of the initial concepts?
